Estates Manager (Minerals) Southern Region

Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a leading supplier of building materials, who are seeking an additional estates manager to join team. This hire would suit an experienced surveyor, proficient in undertaking negotiations with landowners, leases, licenses, options etc - ideally (but not necessarily) within the minerals sector. Experience of calculating Royalties is essential. Applicants will have exceptional communications skills backed up with a sound knowledge of the industry. This role is to cover the wider 'Southern' region, so there is real flexibility on where the person can be based.
