Job Details

Our client is a Central London based (West end) multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants. Due to expansion with new and existing work streams they are recruiting an MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their team.

The Person

  • MRICS (1-3 years PQE)
  • VRS registered
  • Relevant Valuation experience (both commercial and residential will be considered)
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but on one’s own autonomy 
  • Experience working with lenders and financial organisations
  • Business development and client facing skills
  • Good sense of comprehensive report writing ability
  • IT skills

The Role

  • Residential and mixed use development schemes
  • High value secured lending advice
  • Multi-unit investment portfolios
  • Expert Witness work for matrimonial proceedings
  • Various Tax Valuations (IHT, ATED and CGT)

What to expect

  • Generous basic salary in the region of £45,000 / £50,000 (experience dependent)
  • Car allowance

  • Healthcare and pension
  • OTE in the region of £65,000 / £70,000
