Job Details
A well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the West End are currently looking for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their business on a fixed term (6-12) month contract.
The business offers a range of services including, landlord and tenant advice, valuation, building surveying, quantity surveying and architectural services.
As a Residential Valuer you will be covering Valuations across London on both new build and second hand properties. The majority of valuations are for private banks and high net worth clients.
Specific Requirements
• Registered Valuer
• Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
• Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• IT skills: Word, Outlook and Excel
