RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYORS / BUILDING SURVEYORS

  • TEESSIDE/NEWCASTLE
  • LEEDS/HARROGATE/YORK

The company is a small successful practice providing a range of property consultancy services throughout South West London, and parts of Northern England.

The workload is mainly high-quality private client surveys and valuations (with no tick-box mortgage valuations).

M/FRICS candidates with additional skills are encouraged to apply. These skills may include: General practice building surveying, Party Wall matters, Residential Building Surveys, Condition Reports, Schedules of Dilapidation, etc.

You can choose to work remotely from home or be office based (Stockton on Tees). Full admin support is provided.

A very competitive and negotiable salary and package is available, with excellent opportunities to progress for the successful candidate.
