Building Surveyor with over 3 years of industry experience

Private practice Chartered Surveyors are looking to expand and require a an additional Building Surveyor to join the team. You will be offering a high quality service of project and professional services through London and the South East. 

Previous experience is key and the role requires the successful candidate to have worked in a similar role working with property managers dealing with block repairs and lessee licences on high value residential blocks in London. You will also be asked to undertake penthouse development and project management dealing with additional range of professional instructions covering party wall, dilapidations and commercial Building Surveys. 

You must have experience working as part of a team and be ready to go above and beyond to deliver first class service.
