Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a Cost and Construction Consultancy are a multidisciplinary construction consultancy which offers a wide selection of professional services to the construction industry or to clients who are looking for a trusted partner to help guide them through the construction process. Based in Yorkshire, they offer a flexible and dynamic service which is tailored to the needs and requirements of each of our clients and partners throughout the UK.

They are currently looking to recruit and Assistant or an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their current team.

To be considered for this role you will have obtained a BSc in Quantity Surveying or another similar Degree and have gained some previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for either a Contractor or a Consultancy.

Previous experience gained within the residential sector would be beneficial but not essential along with experience in estimating, take offs and procurement.

They are also looking for someone who can work alone as well as part of a team and who is happy to work independently on projects as well as manage their own time.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a local company who's work load is mainly in Yorkshire and the Midlands along with excellent opportunities to progress internally.
