An international, industry leading commercial property consultancy located in Glasgow are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their experienced, growing team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking a broad spectrum of traditional building surveying instructions on behalf of a range of prestigious clients on a local and national scale.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting client meetings, and ensuring that clients are kept up to date with the progress of works being undertaken.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Design and specification writing
• Contract administration and project management
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Dilapidations

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS 1 or more years PQE
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Driven to push their careers forward in a company with a promote from within ethos

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £50,000
