Development Surveyor

A local Worcestershire based firm of development consultants are currently seeking a Development Surveyor to join their team. The organisation offers professional services to a wide range of clients across the Midlands region and is currently undergoing a significant period of growth & change.

The role will be varied and will work within the development and planning team. You will prepare, submit and manage development appraisals and valuations for residential and commercial development, working closely with key clients.

You will support the Development Director, representing the organisation and identifying opportunities. To be considered you will be an experienced Development Surveyor with knowledge of preparing development appraisals and valuations.

Ideally you will understand the full planning system and be MRICS or be working towards it. In return, you will work in an autonomous role with vast opportunity to grow, progress and develop.
