Your role as a Chartered Rural Surveyor will be to carry out rural professional duties including: 

• Property and estate management
• Landlord and tenant
• Sales and purchases
• Valuation Planning and development
• Compulsory purchase Compensation
• Strategic advice
• Project management  

 
To be successful in the role of Chartered Rural Surveyor you will have the following skills / experience: 

• MRICS Surveyor
• RICS Registered Valuer (Preferable)
• Excellent communicator
• Skilled negotiator
• Keen eye for detail
