Joshua Robert are working with a leading property consultancy, with offices nationwide who, due to business growth, are now recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor for the businesses Birmingham office.

Your role as a Rural Chartered Surveyor will be to carry out rural professional duties including:
- Property and estate management
- Landlord and tenant
- Valuations
- Planning and development
- Compulsory purchase
- Compensation
- Strategic advice
To be successful in the role of Chartered Rural Surveyor you will have the following skills / experience:
- MRICS Surveyor
- RICS Registered Valuer (Preferable)
- Excellent communicator
- Skilled negotiator
- Keen eye for detail
