Chartered/Building Surveyor;

A boutique practice in Hertford is seeking a Chartered/Building Surveyor to join their successful team.

My client is a close-knit organisation who operate across Hertfordshire providing property expertise into the Residential and Commercial sector. Projects range from £50k to £500k. The building surveying team is made up of 4 surveyors, you’ll operate out of the Hertford office 4 days a week and then spend 1 day in London.

This is perfect opportunity if you’re commuting into the City daily and you’re looking for a healthier work to life balance. The office environment is relaxed and friendly, you’re expected to hit monthly  fee targets and maintain strong existing client relationships.   

If you haven’t passed your APC, you will be offered the support and guidance from an experienced assessor. You’ll be offered the relevant work and projects to ensure you achieve MRICS accreditation. My client has a strong emphasis in career development and will offer you clear path to Director level status.

• Reinstatement cost assessments
• Dilapidations
• Party Wall Matters

Successful Surveyor;

• MRICS or on your way to achieving this status
• 12 months APC logged
• Fee earning experience
• Client facing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive
