Job Details
A global real estate property consultancy are looking to add a Newly Qualified Surveyor to their Valuation team of 7, within an overall team of 50 in Manchester.
You will value a wide range of commercial property, for a range of clients and will be involved in valuing significant properties in the North West such as Manchester Airport and large retail spaces.
As well as producing valuation reports for mortgage purposes, you will also value property for M&A transactions, giving you a well-rounded knowledge of valuation practices.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS with 0-2 years PQE. Consideration will be given to a candidate with less experience as full APC support will be provided.
