What we want.........is an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to help us manage our diverse and comprehensive commercial and operational property portfolio.

In return, we can offer you.......... the opportunity to work flexibly, either full or part time, and the chance to regularly work from home to enable you to achieve a great work life balance and reduce your commuting time each week.  When you do travel in to the office, you can take advantage of our subsidised travel benefits, to help with the cost of your journey. We recognise that Oxford isn't the easiest place to travel to, but as well as the train and bus network we have a fantastic park and ride service that enables you to get into the city quickly and easily. The work is varied and requires a fully qualified general practice RICS surveyor to contribute with an enthusiasm for work and a "can do" attitude. The work will also include other professional activities which may include rent review and lease renewal negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, the preparation of valuations and marketing of vacant property, RICS Red Book, Rating, CPO as required.

You will have demonstrable experience of working within a multi-disciplined practice, ideally with local authority knowledge and experience. You will be well organised, an excellent communicator, adaptable and flexible in your approach yet possessing strong negotiation and influencing skills.

If all this sounds appealing then we'd love to hear from you.
