Job Details
Construction Consultancy based in West London are looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join the team.
You will ideally have around 5 to 6 years of post degree industry experience and either be enrolled on the APC or looking to do so in the future.
You will have both public and private sector experience as well as some retail and education and be happy to be site based.
Skills required for this opportunity include:
> Party Walls
> Specification writing
> Dilapidations
> Contract Administration
> Building Surveys
The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes. Travel expenses and mileage will be covered.
Salary will be in the rang eof £30k to £35k depending on the level of ability and experience.
