Senior Building Surveyor MRICS

An international, multi-discipline construction and property consultancy located in Guildford are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding and forward thinking consultancy.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be working both collaboratively with a vibrant team and on solo instructions working across a mix of project and professional services.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be technically competent with the ability to think laterally whilst having a strong commercial awareness and client focused demeanour.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

• Use and application of standard forms of building contract (JCT and NEC)
• Working across multiple projects in different sectors
• Carrying out surveys, inspections and schedules
• Management of schemes
• Mentoring APC candidates through the building surveying pathway

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• BSc or MSc in Building surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Client focused demeanour
