Your new company
A public sector organisation on the Berkshire border is seeking a Development Manager to join them on an interim basis. This role is for 3-6 months possibly longer.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the project management of mixed housing development schemes, making sure this is delivered on time and to budget. There is no direct line management of other staff members. Dealing with project budgets, stakeholder liaison, the disposal of properties, new business opportunities, contractor procurement etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven background in Housing, specifically in development and project management. Your knowledge of planning law and housing development is strong and you will have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders and managing projects from inception to completion.
