Surveyor job in Leeds for Real Estate advisory and consultancy division, providing property advice to clients.

An international, well established business with an excellent reputation, which provides real estate and asset services across the public and private sectors in the UK. Based in the Leeds office, they provide a consultancy service to a variety of clients.

Your new role
You will be based in the team which works with mainly public sector clients, advising on complex property arrangements for portfolio management. You will advise on management, funding, investment, rationalisation and strategy across the healthcare, government, student accommodation, local authority, defence and education sectors, dealing with a variety of property classes. You will promote collaboration between various organisations in join venture schemes, and e involved in a range of report writing, business case analysis and submission, research and application of strategic advice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Real Estate or similar property related degree, accredited by the RICS. You may have graduated recently with a years placement experience, or already have or be working towards MRICS status and have a number of years experience in property. You may be working in agency, development, management or another surveying discipline and wish to broaden your skills and widen the variety of your work.
