This job opportunity sits within the London HQ assisting with multiple accounts within the Global Occupier Services Property & Asset Management Team.

Associate Director - Global Occupier Services
Sector - Property & Asset Management
Line Manager: Director of the department

As a senior surveyor within this corporate business you will advise mainly existing clients with full property and asset services within the arranged fee agreements. You will ensure cost effective management techniques are utilised across allocated sites, identifying cost saving strategies, liaison with the clients and 3rd parties and supporting the wider team execute the assets property management and asset management plans.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor - ESSENTIAL
• Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
• Demonstrable technical competence in property management
• Likely to possess 2 years plus post-qualification experience
• Previously worked in property management team
• General practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice
• Career driven and willing to progress to Associate Level and beyond
