About the role
Responsible for supporting the allocated Team Leader in the management of the surveying Team, this is your chance to make an impact on highly complex and innovative developments. Assisting in managing the delivery of the Council’s responsibilities, you’ll:
- Determine the outcome of building regulation applications
- Inspect of building work in progress to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations, London Building Acts and related legislation
- Deputise for the Team Leader in his/her absence including the authorisation of legal
- documents.
- Respond to alleged dangerous structures and assist in the processing of applications for
- demolition work.
- Commit to the principles and practice of equality, diversity in employment and service delivery.
- Have a full awareness of all Health and Safety requirements.
