A client focused, independent building consultancy located a short walk from Snow Hill station in Birmingham are currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding consultancy team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking primarily project work across multiple sectors including; commercial, retail, leisure and education.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for liaising with clients from day one and mentoring junior members of the team through the APC process.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

• 60:40 project professional split
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of Dilapidations
• Contract Administration
• Liaising with clients from day one

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• Self-motivated and able to work both as part of a team and individually
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £40,000 - £50,000 + expenses
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas off
