Your new company
A large public sector organisation who are one of my key clients now have a vacancy for a Estates Surveyor to join them on an on-going basis. They have a varied and interesting and diverse property portfolio (mixed) with a steady work flow and require someone to join their small team.

Your new role
You will be specialising in general practice property management (Landlord and Tenant in particular() and will be dealing with some rent reviews, grant of leases, disposals and consents under covenants and releasing covenants where necessary. From time to time there may also be some strategic property projects which require reviews regarding disposals/retention's.


What you'll need to succeed
You are a General Practice surveyor with a good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act and will have previous public sector experience. The ability to deal with members of the public is important as is the ability to present to members. Some travel will be required so the ability to drive and to have access to a car is needed
