Estates and Valuation Surveyor MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer

As a chartered MRICS General Practice Surveyor you'll be dealing with a varied individual case load for a Busy Local Authority. With a diverse property portfolio which consists of a range of operational and investment across the commercial, education, public buildings and land. The aim of this contract will be to provide support to the Property team with a focus on negotiations on site acquisitions, disposals and highways schemes, including compulsory purchase and compensation. Undertaking landlord and tenant negotiations including rent reviews, new leases and renewals.


Other duties will include property valuations and development appraisals, carrying out day to day estate management duties .

About you!
You will have a strong track record in public and/or private sector and have a good understanding of complex stakeholder management. As a MRICS and registered Valuer you will have valuation, landlord and tenant, disposals, acquisitions experience.

This role is outside of IR35 and could be 3/4/5 days per week. The hourly rate will depend on your experience but is up to £38 per hour Umbrella/LTD. The anticipated contract length is a minimum of 6 months
