Associate/ Senior Building Surveyor

They are now looking to expand their reach and take on board a Senior Building Surveyor who is driven to be part of this successful division within the company.
Your new role
The role is working within one of the Building Surveying Teams on public sector housing projects from inception to completion. You will take full responsibility for technical matters for projects within your control, more specifically, writing specification, contract administration and running public sector housing projects. You will regularly liaise with clients and help direct junior staff where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential- MRICS or MCIOB.
Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills and experience, strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients / contractors and other professionals working within an existing team. Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills with the ability to write specifications, run large projects on site, deal with contract administration and final accounts. A good knowledge of the various forms of build contract is also essential.
