LABC is seeking a number of Senior Technical Specialists.

LABC is developing its Technical and Policy team to support radical organisational and culture change. We are recruiting technical experts with a detailed understanding of the building regulation system.

Specifically we are seeking specialists with extensive experience from a range of backgrounds including:

• building control
• the fire and rescue services
• product testing
• manufacturing industry
• relevant technical specialists and professionals from construction.

Preferably candidates will have:

• the ability to communicate from all platforms – especially at committees, conferences and in writing
• expert building regulations knowledge – especially in Parts A, B, and L
• experience in writing and delivering training
• a thorough understanding of policy.
