Property Manager/Commercial Surveyor

Reporting to UK Head of Property, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day property management of a national portfolio of industrial and commercial real estate. You will be a seasoned surveyor looking to take sole responsibility for an established and continually changing portfolio of operational sites.

The main duties of this varied role will include:

  • Full management of the existing UK wide industrial & commercial portfolio
  • Lease renewals
  • Rent reviews
  • Dilapidations
  • Management of business rates schedule
  • Liaising with in house operational, legal and accountancy management colleagues
  • Input into acquisitions, disposals and planning related matters
  • Contributing to continual improvement of departmental systems, procedures and reporting structures

About You

As an MRICS qualified professional with practical experience in the industrial or commercial sector, you will be able to demonstrate your experience and expertise within Landlord and Tenancy based real estate management. You will also have proven rent review and lease renewal exposure, enabling you to ‘hit the ground running’.

 The role is client based however consideration will be given to consultancy based candidates.  The successful candidate will be IT savvy; proficient in excel based reporting and ideally the use of property management systems. 

Due to breadth of sites under the successful candidates remit, regular UK based travel will be required.
