Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We have a Fantastic opportunity for a, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate +2 years experience to join a well established, boutique Property & Construction Consultancy in London.

Our Client has an enviable repuation of being known as the Consultancy of choice when issues with design arise between a client and Architect.

They offer a varied range of services including Quantirty Surveying, Building Surveying and Project Management. Projects can range from £100,000 to over £200 million and cover a wide range of both private and public sectors working with some of the UK's flagship clients.

After a successful year of growth throughout 2017 they are now actively looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Central London office to help with the growth of the business. This candidate will be responsible shadowing either a Senior QS or Associate QS working on projects from start to finish and will be exposed to client negotiations, so confidence in talking to people is essential to the role.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• · Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• · Have a confident, outgoing but also professional personality.
• · And have a 'can do' attitude when faced with a challenging project.
