Building Surveyor - Devon

Building Surveyor required to deliver a building safety improvement project across commercial property

Your new company
As a Building Surveyor you will be joining a commercial property team based in Exeter who are responsible for the management and maintenance of a commercial property portfolio located across the wider Exeter region.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for delivering a specific recently identified building improvement project which involves a number of separate minor works and small refurbishment across multiple properties. This will involve management through feasibility stages, preparation of specifications, management of tender processes and supervision of works on site.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders who are responsible for delivering services across a number of different buildings which may be impacted or effected by these improvement works. You'll need to have a technical building surveying knowledge and have experience at managing minor projects through construction phases.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a contract with an initial guarantee of six months, full time work. Alongside this you will receive an hourly rate of between £22 - £26 per hour at clients discretion, dependent on experience and qualifications.
