This is one of the UK's largest multifaceted consultancies, with their Belfast office located conveniently away from city centre traffic. The team of Surveyors, Project Managers and Engineers work to deliver property and infrastructure projects on a local, national and international scale. The Belfast team work with public and private clients on utilities, water, wastewater, leisure, health and build projects throughout Northern Ireland.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor you will work primarily on utilities projects within a multi-disciplinary team reporting into the Associate Director.

What you'll need to succeed
NEC Quantity Surveying experience is essential for this role. Previous experience working on utilities projects would be highly advantageous alongside a track record of working within a consultancy environment and MRICS status. You must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a clean driving license and car ownership.
