Associate Building Surveyor

Our Client - A market leading consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their team in Kent.

The Role;

• Provide assistance on major technical projects
• Responsible for supervising and managing technical projects which will include the surveying, designing and specifying
• Public housing sector
• Direct all junior staff and provide support where appropriate
• Provide technical and professional back up
• Building defect analysis
• Party wall matters, Structural surveys, Condition surveys and other professional duties.
• The implementation of Office Procedures and Technical Standards.

Requirements;

• MRICS desirable however not essential and full support given with the APC.
