Full APC support comes as standard in this great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor. With professional experience in the commercial sector, you will join join a friendly and progressive team within this well regarded Multidisciplinary Consultancy.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary building consultancy, providing building surveying, architecture, building engineering services, planning and sustainability advice within a range of industry sectors, including; commercial, healthcare, education, residential and community.

With commissions range from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to medium size design and construction work our client is experiencing national growth across all offices and hence is now recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor for their Colchester office, Essex.

As an Assistant Building Surveyor you will join a team specialising in professional services for the commercial sector. You will also be involved in associated project work.

Person Specification – Assistant Building Surveyor:

• 1+ years Experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor
• Already working towards APC
• Well-rounded experience
• Proven experience in professional work within the commercial sector

Roles & Responsibilities – Assistant Building Surveyor:

Working across a range of professional services in the commercial sector, you will have a broad ranging role that allows your to progress promptly with your APC within a fully supportive environment.

Salary & Package – Assistant Building Surveyor:

Our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on your level of experience. The top salary level would be relevant for someone sloe to completing their APC but all levels of candidate within the APC process will receive a competitive salary along with the following package:

• Pension – 4% Employee pension contribution
