Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits

About the Quantity Surveyor Company:

This construction consultancy based in the West-end of London has been providing advice to property owners, developers, banks and public bodies for nearly 50 years.

Quantity Surveyor Opportunity:

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be working on mainly private residential projects with some commercial and mix use projects. Nearly all the residential projects are high-end multimillion pound projects.

As the quantity surveyor you will be chartered by the R.I.C.S, and have a few years experience working for other construction consultancies. You will have experience handling projects from inception through to completion, and you will be client facing and able to run and handle most aspects of the construction process.

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

·Able to handle the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying duties

·Confident, client facing, good communicator and ambitious

·Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

Salary & Benefits for the Quantity Surveyor:

£65,000 - £75,000 + benefits
