Job Details

A real estate client is seeking a Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader where there are fantastic career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain real estate portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and SSRS
  • Reconcile changes to the portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required recipients
  • Propose initiatives for reporting automation, enhancements and improved data visualization
  • Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
  • Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purposes both adhoc and per a monthly timetable.
  • Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards

Essential:

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of VBA
  • Basic SQL knowledge (experience with Oracle DB will be an asset)
  • Experienced in working with databases
  • Quick learner
  • Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
  • Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills

Desirable:

  • Real estate and lease database knowledge
  • Experienced in using Business Intelligence software, such as Tableau, Qlik View, Microsoft Power BI
