Job Details

I am currently recruiting a Senior Property Manager for my client in Plymouth.

You will be required to take responsibility for the delivery of the managed estate portfolio with a designated regional area ensuring that all statutory and contractual duties are undertaken. Senior Property Managers are also expected to develop external relationships to generate new estate service opportunities.

  • To efficiently and effectively manage the regional estate management service.
  • To develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients' estate management representatives.
  • Support the bidding for new business through open market competition.
  • Develop new estate services opportunities.

Essential

  • Member of relevant professional organisation, preferably RICS.
  • Qualified in relevant field of expertise.
  • Minimum 10 years estate management experience with demonstrable success.
  • Clear understanding of public sector estate issues and requirements.
  • Holder of a full UK Driving Licence with the ability and willingness to drive between places of work.
