A well known and well regarded managing agent are looking for a star Mobilisation Manager for a period of 6 months. This role is for one of the companies most valued investor/developer clients. They have completed an 80,000 sqft office block development in central Manchester which will be a state of the art facility which has been let to multiple tenants. Your role is to oversea the mobilisation of the building before, during and after the tenants move in. This firm are growing at a fast pace and are achieving fantastic results so this opportunity can be just a fixed term contract but could lead into an interesting permanent position within the UK facilities management division should both parties want to pursue that. If you have a track record in facilities management including successfully mobilising buildings then please send your CV. Relevant accreditations are required.
