An exciting job opportunity to work as a surveyor for a well-established and respected Real Estate Investment Trust who hold significant commercial & retail assets across the UK.

This company is looking to build their Property Management team by appointing a surveyor who has 1-2 years' experience within property management. As an integral part of the commercial property team, the successful candidate will support the head of property managing the commercial property portfolio. The duties will include rent reviews & lease renewals, managing service charge budgets and getting involved in managing business rates.

A strong understanding of health & safety, customer service and the ability to negotiate are all key skills required to thrive within this establishment.
