Estates Surveyor - Client Side

Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a unique client-side organisation seeking to add an Estates Surveyor to their team. The organisation is rapidly expanding it’s property function due to taking on a significant amount of properties with plans to continue that growth. The organisation is forward thinking and offers flexibility, remote working and lots of opportunities for career progression

The successful applicant will be tasked with leading all landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears. You will help develop and implement appropriate estate management strategies to ensure that maximum benefit is derived from the portfolio, whilst managing day to day property matters.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a chartered surveyor with post qualified experience. You will have estates management / general practice experience including exposure to landlord and tenant issues. Ideally you will me a member of the RICS or working towards this.
