This hands on commercial partnership are set up to provide consultative advice for projects from inception to completion and beyond. With this in mind the business is looking for an ambitious surveyor to join their development and valuation consultancy team.

Your new role

This brand-new role within the business will play a key role working across a number of high profile national infrastructure clients who are currently developing town centre and brownfield regeneration sites. Key clients will include HS2 / Network Rail, Local Authorities, Private Sector Landlords which include Legal & General, Sainsburys and McDonalds.

The successful candidate will be undertaking valuations for red book and land compensation purposes, undertaking cost estimates for acquisition strategies, development appraisals and acquisition and disposal due diligence.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualification - Essential (Applicants without this qualification will not be considered)

A technical knowledge and in field experience of development appraisals, compulsory purchase, valuation and acquisition & disposal experience. This is a client facing role where you will liaise with fellow professionals, lawyers, clients and public-sector bodies.
