Do you have Housing Enabling Experience?
If so, a Local Authority in Essex is seeking a Housing Enabling Officer to help facilitate provision of affordable housing within the District.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Previous experience in Housing Enabling role.
- To have worked in a Social Housing Environment.
- Understand process of planning work.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Previous experience dealing with S106.
