Estates Surveyor

The role will be to support the professional estate team undertaking their asset and estate management responsibilities. It will include undertaking a range of estate management, asset disposal and asset transfer related duties.

The main role will be in preparing assets for disposal and will include site inspections and assessments, looking at leasehold or freehold transfer issues, drafting heads of terms for leasehold transfer, instructing the legal teams and managing the transfer of these assets to completion.

Other duties may include supporting provision of option reports and related development valuation and marketing advice, identifying best value opportunities, and instructing agents and others including legal teams and managing disposals through to completion.

The position will run until at least the end of August 2019 with a good possibility of extension.
