Acquisitions Analyst

My client is searching for an Acquisitions Analyst to join their growing and forward-thinking acquisitions team in London. This is a role that will provide exposure to an abundance of various housing schemes, allowing the suitable candidate to learn and grow whilst working amongst highly experienced individuals.

My client is a national affordable housing provider who pride themselves on their strong relationships with many local authorities and registered management partners across the UK. My client has acquired approximately 7000 residential units in the last year alone.

The role will mainly entail working on section 106 agreements and carrying out appraisals on proposed acquisitions. Therefore, some experience in a residential analyst-based role will be imperative.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out investment appraisals on residential sites
• Conducting relevant research to assist appraisals
• Contacting various property professionals to gather market information
• Working alongside senior members of the team to create bid packs and appraisals

You ideally will have/be:

• Have a good understanding of the residential market and acquisitions process
• Experience of running appraisals and using excel
• Have a relevant degree (Real Estate, Finance etc)
• Ability to communicate with people and gather research and information
• Able to work in a team and manage time correctly
• Excellent verbal and written English
