We are working alongside a successful property consultancy with over 15 offices across Southern England who are recruiting for a Graduate / Assistant Rural Surveyor to work alongside one of the businesses experienced Partners.
The firm have grown exponentially over recent years and this role will see you take on a wide variety of rural professional work, tailored to your selected competencies for your APC.
You will be working alongside the Senior Partner, carrying out duties such as valuations, basic payment scheme, grazing license applications, planning & development work, landlord and tenant matters and estate management, to name but a few.
To be considered for the role you will have graduated from one of the recognised rural / agricultural universities and ideally have experience working within a chartered surveying practice as part of a university placement.
In return you will achieve a basic salary of up to £22,000 and have the time invested in you by the Senior Partner to navigate your way through your APC, a diverse portfolio of work to ensure you are comfortable with each of your chosen competencies and a collaborative team culture where autonomy is promoted and results are rewarded.
