Your new role
Will be undertaking planned and reactive repair surveys across the Manchester estate. Surveying homes, blocks and flats - you will have experience in dealing with these environments and having customer facing experience. These surveys will be completed on an Ipad which will be provided to you and reports wrote up on an excel spreadsheet.

What you'll need to succeed
Within this role you will need a positive and can do attitude, customer facing experience dealing and explaining situations to tenants, full UK driving licence with a car.
