GRADUATE SURVEYOR POSITION – Structured APC Training Provided
An opportunity has arisen to join our very successful team here at Belleveue Mortlakes, based at our Head Office in Enfield Town.
We are dedicated RICS, APC providers and provide, we believe, the very best structured and ‘hands on’ training in the industry, to support your progress towards successfully passing and becoming a qualified Member of the RICS. We have a 100% first time pass rate for all graduates at Belleveue Mortlakes.
The successful candidates will deal with all aspects of commercial and residential valuation surveying, with options, if chosen, to be involved with a wide range of property types and disciplines, e.g. L&T, agency and LPA Receivership.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Live within 45 minutes of our Head Office (Preferable)
- RICS recognised under or post graduate degree
- Excellent English and Math’s
- Willing to learn
- Punctual
- Polite
- Motivated
- Team Player
- Professional
- Excellent I.T. skills

LPA RECEIVERSHIP - The practice also specialises in LPA Receivership/Corporate Recoveries and also has a very active commercial investment agency department, dealing in a wide range of property acquisitions and disposals across all sectors.
Other professional services include: commercial and investment agency, rent reviews and lease renewals, leasehold enfranchisement, expert witness reports, building consultancy, development consultancy, ratings, schedule of condition and dilapidations, homebuyers and building surveys, residential and commercial management.
