Established circa 10 years ago, our client is a consultancy focusing on cost and project management within the private sector.

Equally split between Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, our client is circa 70 strong and are best known within residential, commercial and hotels sectors and have done some data centre work.

Clients are high end developers, funds and blue chip clients.

Our client likes to employ consultants who truly love working on the best schemes and providing an exceptional service to clients, those who are excited about managing an amazing workload and having a fantastic culture.

Our client has a strong 5 year plan ahead and as such they are now searching for the next future leaders to join the team.

Everyone is involved in business development and everyone has the opportunity to move up to Associate Director and Director level swiftly.

Our client are at a stage where the founding partners are taking a step back from the day to day running of the business to focus on new business development and strategy while others within the business are elevated to carry the business forward and take more control of the reigns.
