Healthcare Consultant, London, Up to £70K pa (DOE).
A market leading consultancy is seeking a MRICS Surveyor to join the Healthcare team providing specialist advise to both operators and investors on their property portfolio based out of the London offices.
In a rapidly growing sector this is a great opportunity to join the best in the field. You will be providing professional advice to a range of operators, funds, investors, lenders that span across both the private and public sectors.
As the Healthcare Consultant you will be responsible for advising clients on their operational and investment portfolios in the Healthcare sector. This will involve development consultancy, strategic advisory, transactions, lease advisory and valuation.
In order to be considered for this role you will be MRICS Qualified, preferably a Registered Valuer and have prior experience in the Healthcare sector (other alternatives sectors will also be considered).
This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join an established firm working with existing clients.
