Client-side Project Manager

A prolific client-side senior project manager opportunity with a leading developer on London and south east mixed-use schemes.

About the client; 

Our client is a property development company focused on creating fun and innovative mixed-use spaces. They are forty strong with the business focused on three main sectors. They predominantly they focus on mixed-use residential led schemes with student accommodation generally involved as well. Typically, project values range from £50m to £300m.

About the role;

As a senior project manager, you will be the lead on a £70m town centre regeneration project in Kent however you will be based from their head office in central London with site visits involved as and when needed. You will pick up the project from post contract hence a strong track record in project delivery is key.

About you;

You will either be a project or senior project manager with a leading developer and/or consultancy working on mixed-use residential led schemes with construction costs of £40m+. Being degree educated within a construction related field is ideal as is being chartered.

Compensation; 

In return you will be rewarded with;

• Base salary of up to £85,000
• Car allowance of up to £7,000
• Discretionary bonus
• Pension
