Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
I am currently working with a mufti-disciplinary consultancy, established in the West End well-over twenty years ago, who are looking to expand their reach by bringing on board an MRICS Senior Building Surveyor. My client works on a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the UK and have established themselves specifically within the South of England. They have secured lasting relationships with clients from a variety of well-known firms, including leading banks. You will directly work with these clients and consequentially take on an exciting portfolio.

Your new role
You will be responsible for contacting key clients regularly to ensure positive working relationships, you will also ensure that their expectations and concerns are addressed effectively. On a day to day basis, whilst liaising with clients, you will conduct Building Surveys, Project Management, Project Monitoring, Expert Witness and Party Wall. You must also be able to carry out extensive property inspections and write comprehensive reports.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be MRICS with good experience within a consultancy. You will have strong technical skills, specifically Party Wall and dilapidations, but an all-round general knowledge within Building Surveying is essential.
