Starting Salary: £64,651 per annum plus benefits

The Port of London Authority is a self-financing trust port with responsibility for administering the UK’s premier port, and 95 miles of the River Thames.

This is a rare and unique opportunity for a dynamitic individual who wishes to part of team that can influence the direction of travel of the organisation.

We are looking for an outstanding Property Manager to provide advice on all estate and valuation issues.  Main duties will involve preparing valuations and the managing the PLA’s Estate as well acquisitions and disposals. 

With a number of exciting riverside and river based projects happening on the Thames, the PLA prides themselves on being an employer of choice to both the riparian and river related community.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and driving forward the progress of negotiations, resulting in satisfactory settlements.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor, with a minimum of 5 years professional experience of specialising in valuation methods relating to commercial rents and statutory rental assessments.
