Associate Director - Development Consultancy

A leading property consultancy are currently looking for an Associate Director to join their Development Consultancy team based in the West End. The team are part of the larger Real Estate Advisory team that work with a range of clients providing strategic property advice. Your caseload will be a mixture of professional, management, agency and development instructions.

This multi-faceted role will focus on providing support primarily to public-sector clients across a range of  different areas. Given the diverse nature of the role as well as a strong technical skillset, project management and  stakeholder management are a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy for surplus properties
• Negations for property disposals
• Development viability assessments
• Supporting in a variety of professional working including lease advisory and valuations
• Supporting bid teams with new business pitches
• Manging the procurement processes for development partnerships and agreements

Key skills and experience

• MRICS qualification
• Development appraisal skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• General practice background
• Negotiation skills
