Job Details

My Client is looking for someone to join their team initially on a contract basis as a Ratings Surveyor

Working closely with the Director, you will use your existing Rating experience to look after an existing client portfolio, providing rating advice. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys client liaison and ensuring a quality service promoting key relationships. You will have a solid understanding of check, challenge, appeal and be passionate about your Rating career.

You will have the following expertise:

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a Rating team
  • Knowledge and experience of market
  • Valid UK driving licence
